The owners of Clements Physical Therapy, David and Rachel Clements, are lifelong residents of St. Bernard Parish. Rachel Clements
Rachel Clements, DPT is a life-long resident of St.Bernard Parish, who has been a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Louisiana since 2010. Rachel Clements graduated from LSU Health Sciences Center in 2010, where she received her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. In 2007 Rachel graduated from LSU Baton Rouge, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Throughout college she maintained good standing with Deans List and Chancellors Awards in addition to a Board of Supervisors scholarship. She began her physical therapy career as an employee of Bridges Physical Therapy outpatient clinic located in Chalmette and she remains dedicated to providing quality treatment in this area.

David Clements
David Clements is also a life-long resident of St. Bernard Parish and has extensive experience in business management, marketing, leadership and financial management. David Clements is a business owner of Clements Insurance Services. David is a United States Army Veteran, who was an active member of the Louisiana National Guard from 2004-2013. He also served our country during Operation Enduring Freedom 2011 -2012, where he held the positions of squad leader and platoon sergeant. He received multiple awards including the Combat Action Badge and the Army Commendation Medal during this time. In addition, David has completed the Leadership St. Bernard class of 2016 and the Goldman Sachs program in 2017 to further his business skills.

Ginny Yuratich
Ginny Yuratich, MSPT has been a physical therapist for 17 years and spent 8 of those years working with Rachel at Bridges Physical Therapy in Chalmette. Although her family is from Baton Rouge, Ginny grew up in Arlington, TX and then went to LSU and graduated in 1995 with her Bachelors in Kinesiology. She then attended Regis University in Denver, CO where she graduated with her Masters of Science of Physical Therapy in 2001 and has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since. Ginny is excited to return to Chalmette and pick up where she left off, providing individualized care to the community and help her patients get back to a healthy and pain-free life.
